Compact venetian blind VR LO 90

Light-optimised compact venetian blind with flanged slats, 90 mm wide. Can be used as sun and weather-protection, for light diversion and for darkening. Individually adjustable slat inclination. Continuously adjustable transition of the slats from vertical (down) up to approx. 30° opened (up) with drop lowered. Close the drop by operating the drive again.

Reinforced, angled slat profiles with slightly convex surfaces. Optimum darkening and very good noise insulation characteristics thanks to the insulation lip bonded into the slats.

Consisting of:

Supporting frame
Made from galvanised steel plate, closed at the top. Rockers, slotted pipe and limitation for upper and lower stops installed for manual operation.

Slats
Made from powder-coated aluminium, with plastic guide bolts welded in on alternate sides.
Work position, lowered in the tilted position, and raised in the horizontal slat position.
Slat colours from the Schenker colour range.

Mounting strap
Made from Terylene, with direct connection to slats through non-rusting clamp.

Lifting cord
Made from grey Terylene fibre with special finish resistant to abrasion, UV radiation, etc. (Xeno test).

Drop closure
Made from extruded aluminium profile, clear anodised, guided by bolts on both sides, rocker bar with the complete drop.

Guides
Side guides made from extruded aluminium profile, clear anodised, with noise-suppressing plastic inserts or steel cable side guides, diameter 2.5 mm with plastic casing and spring pre-tensioning.

Drive
Manual operation using a maintenance-free, dust-protected gearbox with integrated brake, extendable. PVC-coated articulated crank.

Malax – the proven plastic seal! Sealing washer or insert available at extra cost.

Motor with two lower limit switches, built into the support channel, together with plug-in connection (both parts).  Blind motors may not be connected in parallel.

The electrical connections must be set up by the customer.
